Emacs

I recently found an oddly-named Dvorak LISP program for Emacs somewhere. It's qwerty.el by Neil Jerram.

I don't grok lisp. Enjoy.

There used to be some Dvorak programs for Emacs and XWindows at ftp://gulag.gu.uwa.edu.au/pub/alt-keyboards, but that site is down for the moment, at least.
